I'm Jack, a 35 year old 5th generation local. My ancestors were among the first European settlers to the Nelson region and I love this place! We are incredibly lucky to work here, if you can call it work.

Marahau Sea Kayaks is a locally owned and operated adventure company located right on thewaterfront at Marahau. We look across the sand flats at the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park soyour adventure will literally begin just a stones throw from the golden sands of the Abel TasmanNational Park.

History

Marahau Sea Kayaks started out in the early 1980's with a shed and a few kayaks catering forschool groups paddling in the Marahau Bay, as part of the Marahau Beach Camp. Then as sea kayakingwas pioneered and grew in popularity through the mid 1980's, so did MSK.

Over 25 years later we're still in the perfect location and the shed is still here. What haschanged is our focus. MSK has become a dedicated sea kayak adventure company, top equipment, experienced loyal guides, comprehensive safety systems, and importantly a wide range of tours bornout of many years exploring the Abel Tasman coastline and listening to the feedback of our guests. We're proud of where we are, excited about where we are going and most of all pleased to meet andhost you our guests. ©

		Aquapackers House Boat A fantastic way to spend your evening in Anchorage Bay. An evening on the Aquapacker means you just need to bring a change of clothes. Bedding and linen is all provided along with a good old kiwi Barbeque plus breakfast the next morning. All included in the $65 per night price. You can't beat it!
